Reelvyn is a small studio. We collect only what we need to answer you and do the work, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you send the quote form: your name, email, brand, website, what you need, the ad shapes you picked, any footage link and your notes.
With it, the page you first landed on and the link that brought you here (for example an Instagram or search link), so we know which channels work.
When you email us: whatever you choose to write and attach.
What we use it for
To reply to you, quote your project and make the ads you hire us for. That is all.
We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who handles it for us
Zoho sends the form emails (ZeptoMail) and holds our inbox (Zoho Mail).
Railway hosts the site and keeps short-lived server logs, which include form requests. Cloudflare sits in front of the site to keep it fast and safe.
Our portfolio videos are YouTube videos. Stills load from YouTube, and the player uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode; YouTube's own policy applies once you press play.
Analytics
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and does not follow you to other sites, so there is no cookie banner here.
How long we keep it
Project emails stay as long as we need them for the work and our records. Ask us to delete your details at any time and we will, unless the law requires us to keep an invoice.
